Exciting day - did landry and ate at Burger King while waiting. Then off to get another couple of Helles beers.

German windows are really good. They open two different ways and have build in shades on the outside. The handle lets you close the window, open it sideways, or put a 3" crack in the top.

The shades will let in just a bit of sun until they get all the way down, then it's pitch black. Great when you want to sleep in (which would be every day in the Summer since the sun comes up so early).
